OXY CREAM are the oxidant emulsions ideal to mix and activate the Bionic Color no ammonia permanent colouring cream, available in 3.5-10-20-30-40 vol.
They adjust the pH of the colouring formula and help deposit and develop the cosmetic pigment.

Formulated to activate and enhance the application of cream colour, it maintains its initial volume even after some time.
The high quality formula creates a compact, easy-to-apply blend.
